¡Hola !

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist with experience supporting children, teenagers, adults, and families. My heart is especially in helping mothers and first-generation individuals navigate meaningful life transitions with compassion and support.

If you are struggling with managing emotions, going through a life transition, or feeling disconnected from yourself, you do not have to go through it alone. I am here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel grounded, understood, and empowered to reconnect with your strengths.

In addition to my work with mothers, I also enjoy supporting teenagers navigating family and identity shifts, as well as adults processing changes, grief, or challenges in their roles within the family.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I love running, baking, caring for my plants, and staying connected with my cultural roots things that remind me to slow down, stay grounded, and care for myself as well.

Mi corazón está especialmente en acompañar a madres y a individuos de primera generación mientras navegan transiciones importantes de la vida con compasión y apoyo.

Si estás teniendo dificultades para manejar tus emociones, atravesando una transición de vida, o sintiéndote desconectada de ti misma, no tienes que vivirlo sola/o. Estoy aquí para ofrecerte un espacio de apoyo, sin juicio, donde puedas sentirte comprendida, acompañada y empoderada para reconectar con tu fortaleza.

Además de mi trabajo con madres, también disfruto apoyar a adolescentes que están enfrentando cambios familiares o de identidad, así como a adultos que están procesando duelos, transiciones o desafíos en sus roles dentro de la familia.

Fuera de mi trabajo como terapeuta, me encanta correr, hornear, cuidar mis plantas y mantenerme conectada con mis raíces culturales cosas que me recuerdan la importancia de pausar, mantenerme presente y cuidar de mí misma también.
